Man, 94, pleads not guilty to shooting at maintenance worker

A 94-year-old Buffalo man faced a judge this morning to answer to charges that he tried to kill a maintenance worker at his assisted living facility. John Tenant pleaded not guilty to attempted murder charges in Buffalo City Court. According to police, Tenant - a resident of Mary Agnes Manor on Porter Avenue - pulled a gun out of the pocket of his walker and fired a shot at a maintenance worker Wednesday morning.
