He said: Of course, in this regard, the focus of the plans is on the field of technology and intelligence, and we intend to increase the level of people's access to the post's electronic services in order to somehow replace people's in-person visits to the post.

Ahmadi added: We have formed a grand strategy to create a portal for people's access on all platforms and messengers in the country, and in this area, our approach is to bring services to a platform that people are more interested in, and in this direction, they are looking for We are not reworking and creating a new platform.

The managing director of National Post Company of Iran added: Of course, the software system called Post Khane has been around for a long time and has been providing some of the services.

He said: Currently, several postal services are offered on the "App" and "Yes" messengers, and the negotiations in this regard continue until the design of a software called "Postal Assistant".

Ahmadi added: In addition to that, we define intelligentization plans for parcel sorting and sorting devices as a serious goal, and in the Fajr decade, smart parcel sorting plans will be implemented in Kermanshah, Hamedan, and Khuzestan provinces, and 5 other provinces are also planned for next year. .

He said: Naturally, this creates a chain that affects the quality of shipments and reducing dependence on human resources.
