Michael Fish's NBC26 Storm Shield weather forecast
Drier and cool air is back with us today with highs only in the low-70s. With some colder air aloft and daytime heating, we will also see a few hit-or-miss afternoon showers. Tonight, any of those instability showers will end through the evening, then we will have a comfortable evening if you feel like opening up your windows a bit before bed. Lows will be in the mid-50s. Friday, with some colder air still aloft, we'll see a few more of those hit-or-miss showers pop in the afternoon, but should probably see less than we saw Thursday. Highs will be in the mid-70s. Saturday looks like a relatively nice, normal day with highs in the upper-70s to near 80. There will be a very slim chance of an afternoon shower, but most of the day will be fine. There will be a chance of a shower or T'storm on Sunday, but it will not be a wash with highs in the upper-70s to around 80.
