'DEPRAVED': Woman dies after being set on fire in NYC subway

A woman died after she was set on fire over the weekend inside a Brooklyn subway train, the NYPD said. The NYPD identified the suspect as 33-year-old Sebastian Zapeta-Calil. NYPD commissioner Jessica Tisch described the case as "one of the most depraved crimes one person could possibly commit against another human being."
