This documentary film produced by Geobbles' propeganda ministry follows a Hitler Youth Bann as it marches its standard to Nuremberg.
Every year from 1935 a great march was held. Der Marsche Zum Fuhrer, when every Hitler youth bann in the Reich marched its bann flag to Nuremberg, to be paraded before Hitelr as part of the Reichspartitag celebrations. Great distances had to be covered by the flagbearers who were escorted by their Bann and in may cases a band accompanied them. The return journey was often made via Landsburg where a huge torchlight parade was held to commemorate Adolf Hitler's imprisonment.
