Ingredients: Please use russet potatoes for the potatoes. Anything else won't become sufficiently crispy.
I use canola oil, but you may use avocado oil or any other high-smoke-point oil.

The second most crucial component is garlic. Make sure the garlic cloves are freshly minced. Your potatoes will become bitter if you use powder.
Smoked paprika: Gives your potatoes a pleasant smokey taste.
Parsley: This recipe calls for both fresh and dried parsley.
For added crunch and deep saltiness, I use Parmesan cheese.
The addition of coarse granular salt to potatoes adds a unique flavor that enhances the dish. Additionally, I believe it improves their crispness.
