12/20/2024 Derek Maltz, former Agent in Charge of DEA's Special Operations Division: It's not just fentanyl in the U.S. anymore, there are also synthetic opioid drugs such as protonitazene, Isotonitazene, metonitazene. These are chemical substances coming out of labs in China. CCP sell them on the dark web, and mix this stuff in the pill mills in our country. So we have a national security threat. It's not a red or blue issue, but something that every American should care.
