Today we are looking at a newer Sega Megadrive Handheld on the market called the Neocade MD200! This game console is compatible with Sega Genesis cartridges and comes with 30 licensed NES and MegaDrive games from PIKO. The folks over at Neocade sent me this handheld for the purpsoe of making this review video but let's check this thing out and see how it holds up!
