Plymouth Wisconsin is the home to a giant cow statue named Antoinette, and has a yearly tradition of dropping a giant block of cheese on New Year's Eve.

The big cheese drop happens at 10:00 PM. Inside the Plymouth Arts Center there is live music, cheese tasting and a cash bar. There is also free hot cocoa and you can stay warm by the bonfire outside.

Antoinette the cow was built in 1977 to celebrate Plymouth's centennial. You will learn about her past, and how Plymouth became the Cheese Capital of the World.
