Santa Cruz Wharf collapsed into the ocean, no injuries reported

UPDATE: Three people were on the end of the Santa Cruz Wharf when it collapsed into the ocean (https://t.me/police_frequency/132496). Two of them were rescued and one was able to get out on their own. No injuries were reported.
