Cory and Rob travel to Franklin, PA to enjoy the Samual Justus Trail. Come join them as they enjoy a 45 degree "Brisk" morning on the Allegheny Valley Trail Association's Rails to Trails as they pace Willow on an 8 mile Long run. After their ride they reward themselves with a stunning lunch at Talbot's Taproom in beautiful Mercer, PA (A place that must be seen to be believed).
