🇷🇺🇺🇦❗️North Korean M1989 Koksan and what looks like ballistic missile launchers traveling somewhere in Russia.

Presumably, these could be the Pukguksong-2 IRBM (KN-15 or Polar Star-2). Its firing range on a normal ballistic trajectory is assumed to be 1,300-1,500 km (the upper limit of range estimates is up to 2,000 km).

And yet, from a recording of such low quality it is impossible to draw a clear conclusion that these are the very same launchers. An element that looks like a transport and launch container may simply be part of the concealment or imitation measures.
