Garden Decoration

I found two round stones with holes in the middle on the road near an abandoned house. I picked up these stones and brought them home. In my opinion, this is an unusual antique decoration. But the history of these stones is unknown. It is obvious that someone processed these stones. But for what? Maybe this is such an unusual flower vase? Or is this an element of a flower bed? I don’t know. What do you think?
