Blake Lively Gets SUPPORT From ‘Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants’ Co-Stars Amid Legal Complaint

Blake Lively’s “Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants” costars are sending her their support. Days after the “Gossip Girl” alum filed a legal complaint accusing Justin Baldoni of sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment on the set of their blockbuster hit, “It Ends With Us,” America Ferrera, Amber Tamblyn, and Alexis Bledel spoke out on social media in a joint statement defending their friend and “sister.” “As Blake's friends and sisters for over twenty years, we stand with her in solidarity as she fights back against the reported campaign waged to destroy her reputation. Throughout the filming of It Ends with Us we saw her summon the courage to ask for a safe workplace for herself and colleagues on set, and we are appalled to read the evidence of a premeditated and vindictive effort that ensued to discredit her voice. Most upsetting is the unabashed exploitation of domestic violence survivors' stories to silence a woman who asked for safety. The hypocrisy is astounding," their statement began. Bryan Freedman, an attorney for Baldoni, Wayfarer Studios and all its representatives, called the allegations in a statement “categorically false,” according to NBC News, adding that the claims are “outrageous and intentionally salacious with an intent to publicly hurt and rehash a narrative in the media.”
