Amir is a proud Canadian with deep roots in Thornhill. As the son of an Afghan refugee, he learned early on the importance of hard work and resilience. His mother’s inspiring journey from adversity to opportunity has shaped Amir's commitment to fighting for the rights and freedoms of all Canadians. From a young age, Amir has been actively involved in political movements, participating in rallies and advocating for the issues that matter most. Since the founding of the People's Party in 2019, he has been a strong supporter, believing in their vision for a better Canada.
