City Of Alexandria council meeting December 14, 2024 perjury by Troutman Pepper

In the November 2024 council meeting, they talked about an investigation into the police department

That has apparently been quashed and or only select people get to report to the police what their grievances are

That on round December 14, it came out that the Duke lacrosse players accused of rape in 2006 was a lie, and that was perjury by this woman

Is it any different than the perjury by a lawyer to a court? I.e. Troutman Pepper lawyer, Allison Melton in a notarized statement to the court that Wells Fargo Bank is the owner of 15 West Spring St.
This is a lie, no different one ruined several young mens life and the lies by Troutman Pepper and theft from Janice Wolk Grenadier since 1990 on lies?
