Fancy Pup Nails With Chalk Paint

Merry Christmas Everybody!

2oz bottle of Waverly, Plaid brand chalk paint from Walmart works good on my Missy since she doesn’t chew her paws or nails. This paint is not made for dogs but it’s water base, comes in many different, “matte finish” colors, and wears off within a couple of weeks just from being active outdoors. I don’t have to remove it & no prep necessary. She rest 10 minutes until dry; it’ll dry faster depending on weather or use of a blow dryer. I shave her slippery under paw, pad hair then cut and file (sand) her nails every 2 weeks. Occasionally I paint them black, white or alternate both. Nothing too gaudy or shiny ☺️
