🍪 2 eggs
🍪 125 grams of sugar
🍪 125 ml of oil
🍪 125 grams of plain yogurt
🍪 Lemon zest 🍋
🍪 A pinch of salt
🍪 450 grams of semolina (either hard or soft wheat)
🍪 10 grams of baking powder
🍪 200 grams of powdered sugar
♨️ In a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 10–15 minutes.
