Fancy a bittersweet and refreshing summer drink with bubbles? Lemons are perfect for summer. With low alcohol content, you can enjoy warm summer evenings.

Recipe:
45ml-1½oz LIMONCELLO
45ml-1½oz PROSECCO
15ml-½oz RED BITTER LIQUEUR
splash of SODA WATER

Pour all ingredients into ice filled glass and briefly stir. Garnish with a pink grapefruit slice.
