his bittersweet twist on a classic Margarita captivates with its soft notes of apricots and grapefruit.
A partly forgotten apricot liqueur combined with fresh grapefruit in the form of a modern Italian bitter liqueur delights the palate of any lover of fruity and boozy cocktails with blue agave.

Recipe:
45ml-1½oz TEQUILA BLANCO
15ml-½oz GRAPEFRUIT BITTER APERITIVO
15ml-½oz APRICOT BRANDY
15ml-½oz LIME JUICE
2 dashes ORANGE BITTERS

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled Nick and Nora glass.
