The former judge went to a friend’s house party in New Hartford with her husband and their three teenage children back in July 2022.

Several fights broke out when a few uninvited guests showed up around 11.30pm. Police were called about an hour later as the chaos ensued.

Police tried to clear the property, but four black teens who had showed up after being invited by a guest at the party, claimed they were stranded after losing their car keys during the madness that took place.

Several teens were still exiting the scene but the former Judge directed her energy at the four teens…when police told them they could look for their keys.
‘You’ve got to leave!’ she shouted. ‘You’re not going to find the keys, You’ve gotta call an Uber and get off the property.

She told police that her son and husband had both been attacked, but her son ‘Put a smack down once he got hit’.

An officer told her that the teens might return to look for their keys and she lost it.

‘If they did, they’ll be arrested, or they’ll be shot on the property,’ she predicted. Because when they trespass you can shoot them on the property."
