PSYCHIC forecasted how the internet would be in the future - he made his predictions in 1999

Don't know who this guy is, but he sure did have an accurate crystal ball to gaze into. In 1999 everyone must have laughed at thim and thought, "what a fool" and yet here we are in 2022 and his predictions came true in 22 years later. Anybody know who he is?
