Most friendly cat cafe in Japan

After I have been to several cat cafes in Japan, this "NEKONOKI" cafe in OSAKA was the best of all. I can feel all cats are loved so much by the owner and the owner actively keeps rescuing more cats.
If you plan to go to Osaka, please stop by his cafe.
