"A profound and symbolic story, this video follows the story of a seriously ill man represented by a horse lame by the barbed wire that cages him. Faced with the fragility of life, he chooses an extraordinary way to make peace with his past: celebrating a funeral for everything that, in health, has hurt him. Through intense scenes with a strong emotional impact, the video shows the man compiling a list of people, memories and emotions that have marked him. Old photos, never sent letters and symbolic objects are collected and prepared for a one-of-a-kind ritual. In an atmosphere suspended between the real and the metaphorical, we see the protagonist organize a ceremony where every emotional wound is acknowledged and let go. With strong and impactful images, the man speaks to unrequited loves, betrayed friendships, lost opportunities and his own fears. Through this cathartic act, the funeral becomes a symbol of liberation, a moment in which the pain of the past is transformed into a message of forgiveness and awareness. The video ends with a powerful image: the protagonist, visibly more serene, observes a symbolic box being lowered into the ground.
