We cover what could be the most prolific serial killer in American history with our profile of Carl Eugene Watts. Dubbed "The Sunday Morning Slasher" Watts killed numerous women over the years of 1974-1982 in Texas and Michigan. Although he only admitted to 13 murders, he is suspected in over 100 others which would rank as possibly the worst in history. As usual like with most people we cover, this could have all been prevented with proper mental health care.
