Temporary protection cards: Former national troops seek fresh start

Syria's new administration says ten thousand soldiers from the former Assad regime have come forward to register at a reconciliation centre in the western city of Latakia. They're being issued temporary protection cards, allowing them free movement without fear of arrest.
