Lawfare....what is it really?

1. The average Joe & Jane Doe have no idea about the truth of the American Legal System.

2. The average law school grad has learned how to implement STATUTORY code systems, and civil procedure.

Ask them to recite the true Bill of Rights 1-10.
(11-27 were made after the Republic became the corporation, nothing the people voted for, and are de facto)

3. The REMEDY of the people has always been and will always be....bringing the servants to an Article III COMMON LAW suit.

The Common Law is a doctrine only found in Federal District Courts.

You will not find the room for it.
You DEMAND it upon filing.

4. Due Process of law is found ONLY in a common law jury.

Did you see Trump's attorneys demand that?
Nope.

5. We are teaching how to demand our rights are honored by teaching the common law inside Inalienable University.

6. The average Joe and Jane Doe are unaware of true "due process". It's only by using a common law jury.

@ThisIsKyleR , would probably be in prison for the rest of his life if his entire night wasn't on film.

Daniel Penny never would have had his case drag on for years, and put his life at risk, if he DEMANDED his 7th Amendment right to a common law jury.

Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Maxwell Wiley was the judge.

He's unelected.
He was appointed.

Let's look at this.
"Manhattan Supreme Court"????
A Supreme Court of a boro?
HUH?

The 1st District of the New York Supreme Court is one of thirteen judicial districts in the state of New York.

That is not a Federal District Court.
It's an administrative tribunal and no rights exist inside of it.

Not due process.
Not lawful.

Just legal.
Legal is what you agree to.

Via his lawyer, he agreed to the proceedings instead of DEMANDING his 7th Amendment right to a common law jury.

What does the 7th Amendment say?
"In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law."

The Supreme Court in Jarkesy (2024) reaffirmed that actions involving private rights, such as common-law fraud, must be heard by an Article III court: "Congress cannot 'conjure away the Seventh Amendment by mandating that traditional legal claims be... taken to an administrative tribunal." SEC v. Jarkesy, 603 U.S. (2024)

7. Only men and women have private rights.
DANIEL PENNY is not a living man.
That is a LEGAL ENTITY PERSON

Daniel Penny should have demanded his 7th Amendment right.

Take a listen to a clip from the Inalienable University Monday night Zoom class.

8. We have common law cases all over the country and we're crafting curriculum to teach it to all.

9. Never ever enter an Article I administrative court.
That requires a contract for you to CONSENT to it.

You always DEMAND your rights.

10. So is there lawfare?
Yes and no.

Yes because the American Legal system is repugnant to the constitution.

Yes because the judges know it.

Yes because the judges are lying and concealing the truth.

No, because our of ignorance, people are consenting to it.

The court does not care if you know the law or not.

You will see they try to get you due to PROCEDURES.
Those don't exist in the common law.

It's you.
The living man or woman you're making a claim against.
The judge.
The jury.
The facts.
No attorneys are allowed!

The judge just facilitates the show.
He cannot rule as per any statutes or procedures.
