Labor is a big problem these days. Government has attacked the notion of work and now there are major shortages in labor and those who do work don't want to be pushed to work very hard. This is a big problem these days when trying to eat at a nice restaurant. Nobody wants to push their kitchens passed their comfort zones. And it is ruining the customer experience.
