Rep. Lauren Boebert speaks to the media about budget bill - Dec. 20, 2024

Republicans have the majority in the House but it took a majority of the Democrats to pass #MikeJohnson's crappy budget bill. Not every member in the house was needed to vote to pass #MikeJohnson's crappy budget bill. Is this how the House will do business next year with #DonaldTrump as President? If so, we're doomed . . . again.

I can't wait to see what #MikeJohnson and the #Marxist-Democrats snuck into that budget bill just before they all rushed off for the Holidays after the House in the 118th Congress just made their last vote until the new 119th Congress is sworn in on January 3rd, which will be just 3 days before #KamalaHarris has to officially approve the electoral votes on January 6 for #DonaldTrump before he is sworn in on January 20th.

Did the House approve the provision that protects members of congress from being subpoenaed for testimony and material? Did it include their pay-raise? Did it include a transgender museum or a bridge in Baltimore? Was disaster relief (that was supposed to be funded by #FEMA months ago) and the family farms saved with bills that were separately voted on?
