Federal Judge Becomes Scammer: Shocking Evidence Exposed by The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger

Welcome to The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger! My name is Danny de Hek, and I dedicate my time and platform to exposing scammers and the multilevel marketing predators who prey on innocent investors. My mission is to raise public awareness and save mum and dad investors from losing their hard-earned savings—and sometimes their kids' inheritance—to the bottom feeders of the financial world.

For the last 18 months, my team and I have been investigating We Are All Satoshi, a Ponzi scheme that has defrauded countless victims with promises of high returns through cryptocurrency investments. Despite being issued a Desist and Refrain Order by the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation on September 27, 2023, the scam continues to operate, hosting at least two Zoom meetings every day to lure more unsuspecting individuals into their web of lies. This order cited violations of Corporations Code sections 25110 and 25401 and warned the public against participating in this fraudulent operation.

Shockingly, leading these promotional efforts is none other than HON. GRACE M. UZOMBA, a former Bexar County Court judge. Yes, you read that right—a federal judge! In this video, we expose her direct involvement in the scheme, including a recorded Zoom meeting where she openly shares details of her investments and navigates the back office of this Ponzi platform. Watching a figure of authority, entrusted to uphold the law, turn into a promoter of fraud is nothing short of appalling.

Who Is Judge Grace Uzomba?
Judge Uzomba's legal career has not been without controversy. In 2022, over 1,700 cases were stripped from her docket due to concerns over her mismanagement of the criminal court docket in Bexar County Court at Law No. 2. Reports revealed that her failures included neglecting pretrial violation reports, probation matters, and family violence cases. This egregious backlog led to her being removed from handling certain cases, but no formal reprimands were issued.

Despite her questionable history, seeing her now actively promoting a Ponzi scheme marks a new low. Judge Uzomba uses her position and title to lend credibility to the scam, misleading attendees and emboldening the scheme’s other promoters.

About the Ponzi Scheme: We Are All Satoshi
The We Are All Satoshi Ponzi scheme operates under the guise of cryptocurrency arbitrage and investment opportunities. Promising unrealistic returns, it targets vulnerable individuals desperate to improve their financial situations. Since the California order, other countries have also issued warnings about the scheme, yet its operations persist. The daily Zoom meetings continue to attract victims, many of whom are unaware of the warnings and legal actions already in place.

This is where Judge Uzomba steps in. Acting as a prominent facilitator, she not only endorses the platform but also showcases her "success" in the scheme, convincing others to invest their money. This video exposes the true nature of her involvement and the extent to which she’s willing to go to perpetuate this scam.

Why This Matters
The involvement of a federal judge in a Ponzi scheme is deeply troubling. Judges are symbols of justice and fairness. When someone in such a role abuses their authority to defraud the public, it shakes the very foundation of trust in the system. This video isn’t just about exposing a Ponzi scheme—it’s about highlighting the betrayal of trust by someone who should be protecting society, not exploiting it.
