“You know, we are actually the most powerful institution in the world, Article 1 branch, and have a couple of unelected staffers govern for us with a bunch of garbage in these bills.

I don't think these people (Democrats) want to shut down, because great things are still in that budget, so they should be happy with all of the COVID spending that's still baselining it.”
