Ingredients:
Original Recipe with 1/2kg chickpeas:
Small Chickpeas 500g (Soak in water overnight with 1tbs baking soda)
Red Lentils 75-100g (Soak one hour)
Ghee 2cups
Onion 1medium
Ginger Garlic Paste (Garlic 15 cloves, Ginger 2 inches)
Green Chilies Paste of 100g chilies
Bay Leaves 1
Cloves 8
Cumin 1tsp
Star Anise 2
Black Cardamom 2
Carom Seeds 2 pinches
Red Chili Flakes 1tbs
Black Pepper Crushed 1tbs
Turmeric 1/2tbs
Salt 1tbs (adjust accordingly)
Water 1inch above chickpeas
Green Cardamom 4
Milk 1/2cup
Karahi Gosht/Qorma Masala of any brand 1tsp

Red Lentils 40-50g (Soak one hour)
Ghee 1cups
Onion 1/2medium
Ginger Garlic Paste (Garlic 7 cloves, Ginger 1 inches with 1/4cup water)
Green Chilies Paste of 100g chilies (make paste with 1/4cup water)
Bay Leaves 1
Cloves 4
Cumin 1/2tsp
Star Anise 1
Black Cardamom 1
Carom Seeds 1 pinches
Red Chili Flakes 1/2tbs
Black Pepper Crushed 1/2tbs
Turmeric 1/4tbs
Salt 1/2tbs (adjust accordingly)
