Storm Shield Forecast morning update 7/23/18

As we dry out and warm up under mostly sunny skies, expect a high of 102 in Bakersfield this afternoon with moderate air quality for the valley. The Kern River Valley will jump back to the upper 90s today with the upper 80s in Tehachapi and Frazier Park this afternoon.
