How does one develop spiritual discernment? / WWY Q&A 48

Have you ever had a dream come true? or thought you heard a voice tell you something but there was nobody there? or perhaps you felt something brush up against you but nothing was there? and if so, did you hesitate to tell anybody fearing they would think you are crazy, white-coat with the long sleeves ready?

What if people started sharing their experiences (in the context of a close safe environment of people that do believe in spiritual discernment that is)? You would come to find that more people that not have these experiences.

But is there a way to grow that discernment? Is this something Yah/God would actually want you to do? Could there be another heaven in which you are part of but yet unaware of? Could there even be blessings for you in that place?
