George Foley Jr., the Program Director for the City of Muncie Parks Department, was placed on "Administrative Leave WITH PAY" on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, pending the outcome of an investigation by both the Indiana State Police & Indiana State Board of Accounts!

This is the second time Foley has been placed on "Administrative Leave WITH PAY." The first time was back in October 2022, and while he returned to work without any legal issues, sources say this time seems different!
