TINA PETERS NEWS TODAY- VACATED PRIOR MISDEMEANOR CONVICTION by APPELLATE COURT!

Tina’s misdemeanor conviction has been vacated by the appellate court.
Importantly, in her later trial, the corrupt judge said he relied on that earlier conviction when generating a ridiculously harsh 9 year sentence for Tina (for doing her job). Now that this earlier conviction has been vacated, at the very least it earns her a re-sentencing.
It also opens the door to reconsideration of the question of whether she deserves to be out on bond while her later overall conviction is being appealed for numerous trial errors.
