I have seen the same thing on New Jersey cams.

"Something very strange" happened in the skies in Portugal. “They weren’t at all planes” or satellites (but are similar to those that left the U.S. on high alert)

Reports of sightings similar to those who are leaving the US on high alert are accumulating in Portugal. TVI (the same group of CNN Portugal) had access to images taken off Sagres and Cascais. Dozens of balls of light move in the skies, visible to the naked eye and with forms and behaviors that have not been explained so far.
