Chaos in New York Today! Homes and Cars Flooded by Burst Water Pipe in Bronx

A burst water main on Webster Avenue in Bedford Park sent water gushing into the street, snarling traffic, stranding drivers and leaving residents without water Monday night into Tuesday morning. The block of Webster Avenue from Bedford Park Boulevard to Mosholu Parkway was covered in mud Tuesday morning as a multi-agency cleanup effort was underway.
