The Liquor brand Moët Hennessy that owns 50% of Roc Nation is looking to divest from Jay-Z. The new owner of that brand wants nothing to do with Jay-Z.

Beyonce dropped Carter surname from her name in a Forbes cover story. Fans pointed it out with some claiming it as promotion. But this is very timely.

Jay-Z’s music and influence received minimal recognition at the most recent Grammy Awards since been accused.

Former associate & friend Larry Johnson came out and added fuel to the fire claiming Jay-Z was seen with minors at a late party.

Roc Nation Sports, once a leading sports management company, reportedly faced issues retaining major athletes and signing new talent, with some citing uncertainty about Jay-Z’s image.

The Daily Mail did a story of Jay-Z and his history of dating multiple underage women years before they turned 18. One being Foxxy Brown.

Jay-Z has been noticeably absent from major public events and performances. He recently appeared at the premiere of Lion King. But since then have been low key.

Old lawsuits and contractual disputes, including those involving Dame Dash and earlier Roc-A-Fella business dealings, have been brought back into the public eye.

Reports suggest that the deal involving Jay-Z’s Armand de Brignac (Ace of Spades) champagne brand may face scrutiny, including disagreements over valuation and profit-sharing.
