What you know to be "court" is really an administrative tribunal article I.

Your rights are found only in Article III common law courts.

You file.
They must accept it.
Neither the clerk nor the judge can move your case out of court.

There are no motions.
There are only demands.

In this case, the officer must answer or acquiesce to your demands.

The judge only facilities the proceedings.
There are no rules of civil procedure, although there is order.

But the judge can't rule on their motions as they don't have life in Article III courts.

Just you, the officer, and your 7th Amendment right to a common law jury.

What are the odds that a common law jury, when informed about your rights, would find in favor of an officer who pulled you over simply to find an infraction?

It requires a contract of your consent..."to do business with you."

Traffic infractions are fockery created to do business with the commercial entity created by your voluntarily consenting to acquire a commercial driver's license.

They COMMERCIALIZED you, literally, so that they could steal your money.

Even if I were in commerce driving, I still wouldn't ask the so called government for permission to do it, because my commerce would happen IN THE PRIVATE, but that's a whole other post.
