This is a Bill Gates Idea, Like his thought about trees not doing enough for C02 (they do EXACTLY enough-w/ more they grow faster+bigger+more h20 output) so why let nature use our waste as fertilizers to grow more plants, to clean more water, so we can get ours safely. Gates is not having it, and Newsom still has more damage to do i guess. my guess is the solids they remove before returning it to you, will be used like china uses theirs, feed it to fish, to sell you for food.
