Is it possible that you could be doing something that is detrimental to yourself? Could you be destroying yourself for a lack of knowledge as Hosea 4:6 says? In these series of videos, we will explore what the Bible has to say about our health and how we should be taking care of our bodies. This is Part 1 in the series. We encourage you to open your Bibles and study along as we tackle this subject. Each video on the channel will be a Biblical teaching of 30 minutes or less.
