Sausage Tortellini Soup

I love this soup recipe. The original recipe came from one of my sisters and I adjusted it a bit to work with my home canned goods. When my kids see that we are having this for dinner they are always excited for the meal. We never have to worry about having leftovers with this one. It is the perfect meal to curl up with on a cool fall/winter day but is so easy to make that it is worth making in the summer to reduce your time in front of the stove.
