Russian general Killed in Moscow

Footage has emerged of the moment before the head of Russia's nuclear, biological and chemical defence forces, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, was killed. Kirillov was killed outside an apartment building along with his assistant when a bomb hidden in an electric scooter went off, Russia's investigative committee, which probes serious crimes, said. Ukraine's intelligence service said Kirillov was responsible for "the massive use of banned chemical weapons" against the Ukrainian military.
