Michael Fish's NBC26 Storm Shield weather forecast

We have a low pressure system heading our way, but it really shouldn't affect us during the daytime hours today. Highs will top out around 80 with SE winds picking up keeping the lakeside areas cooler. As the night wears on tonight, that system will be working in, gradually bringing some scattered showers or a stray T'storm with it as the night wears on. Lows will be mild in the upper-60s. That system will be passing overhead on Friday with areas of showers & storms. Highs will top out in the lower- to mid-70s. More of these scattered showers or a T'storm will be rolling through on Friday night with lows in the mid-60s. Scattered showers or a stray T'storm continue at times on Saturday with highs in the low- to mid-70s. It'll be breezy as well, so it won't be a very good boating day. We could see an isolated shower on Sunday, but you'll see more dry hours than anything with rain. It'll be breezy with highs in the upper-70s to around 80. More 80s hang around early next week.
