    There will NOT be security guarantees from US or NATO in Ukraine. This war started because Zelensky violated the agreement and demanded Ukraine enter NATO. Russia has won the battle and will never agree to stop it without guarantees that Ukraine stays a neutral zone between itself and NATO.
