First, after some banded warmups for my shoulders and elbows along with a few light sets to groove the movement pattern I did 5 sets of heavy doubles on dumbbell incline

Then, for an accessory I did Lifefitness Machine Lateral Raises, 5 sets total in the 10+ rep range close to failure @0-1 RIR
