Where are Cincinnati police officer during rush hour?

Northside neighbors have ample reason to worry about a lack of traffic enforcement in their neighborhood: They've struggled for years with speeding and poorly marked pedestrian crosswalks that have contributed to citizens' deaths. They want Cincinnati police to reconsider a policy that limits speed enforcement during rush hour.
