MIX FRUIT 2 CUPS ( OR FRUIT COCKTAIL)
FRUITS SHOULD BE DRAINED

FOR GANASHE:

WHITE CHOCOLATE 1/2 CUP
WHIPPED CREAM 1/4 CUP
MELT IN MICROWAVE FOR 1 MIN, COOL AND POUR OVER CAKE

NOTE: DO NOT BOIL GELATIN MIXTURE, AT ROOM TEMPERATURE GELATIN MIXTURE SHOULD BE USE
