Can Millennials Grow Weed? They Lead in Pre-Roll Sales!

Today, I read an article, from Bezinga.com "Pre-Rolls are the Avocado Toast, of Cannabis".

I wonder, why Millennials, in particular, still go to the Dispensary, to purchase Cannabis flower, versus Growing Their Own?
